Job seekers: the answers to the Chakri questionnaire (up to 100 questions), mobile number, optional photo, and the SHA-256 fingerprints of certificate files. Certificate files themselves never leave your phone — only their fingerprint is stored. Employers: company details, job posts and the employer questionnaire.
Your answers are compared with job posts to produce a match score. Name, father's name, family details, dependents, home district / roots, photo and institution name are never used in the score. Age is used only when an employer states a legal age limit.
Employers see only an anonymous match card (candidate ID, role, experience, location, score and strengths) until they shortlist you. After shortlisting they see your full profile and contact details. Employers never see candidates below the visible range. Admins of the service can see all records to keep the service safe.
When a match reaches the alert threshold (60% by default), the employer is sent an SMS and/or WhatsApp message containing the candidate ID and a link.
Each saved CV, job and certificate fingerprint is recorded as a block in a tamper-evident hash chain. Blocks contain hashes and IDs, not your answers.
You can update your answers at any time. To delete your account and data, contact the help line shown in the app.
